




Position Summary: We are seeking an FTTH Technical Support specialist to resolve technical incidents for residential customers and guide them in solving basic problems, with emphasis on courtesy and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer service for FTTH support 2. Technical incident resolution 3. Remote diagnosis and escalation of issues An excellent telecommunications company is looking for your talent: FTTH Technical Support (Fiber Optic) Basic knowledge of IP networks (IP addresses, DHCP, DNS). Basic knowledge of FTTH technology (fiber optic concept, ONT, router). Basic proficiency with remote monitoring and diagnostic tools. Ability to clearly and simply guide non-technical users. Handle and resolve technical incidents reported by residential customers related to FTTH service (connectivity, speed, ONT/router devices). Guide customers through clear and simple instructions to solve basic issues (Wi\-Fi configuration, speed tests, device reboots). Perform remote diagnostic tests on the customer's network and devices. Correctly escalate complex incidents to higher levels according to internal protocols. Document interactions and applied solutions in the management platform. Provide courteous, professional, and customer-oriented service throughout all interactions.
