End-to-end recruitment process management Position: High-Volume Recruiter Company: Grupo Magavi Job Objective: To ensure the attraction, selection, and hiring of operational staff through high-volume recruitment processes, guaranteeing compliance with required profiles and proper integration of new hires. Responsibilities and Duties: Posting job vacancies on various recruitment platforms and channels. Screening candidates according to the required profile. Administering and evaluating psychometric tests. Receiving documents, reviewing them, and organizing personnel files. Entering and updating data in the database. Tracking candidates throughout the selection process. Onboarding and supporting new hires during their first week of work. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Half-day Saturday, remote work mode.
