**FIBER OPTIC TECHNICIANS – SPLICING AND EMERGENCY RESPONSE** Location: Nuevo Laredo Employment Type: Direct and immediate hiring by SSHARE Work Mode: 100% fieldwork, under piece-rate project basis **Who Are We?** We are a company specialized in infrastructure, maintenance, and construction of telecommunications networks. We are currently seeking Fiber Optic Technicians to join work crews, focusing on fiber optic splicing, emergency response, and network maintenance for active projects within the Valley of Mexico. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform fiber optic splicing on FTTH networks * Respond to faults and emergencies on fiber optic networks * Locate and repair fiber cuts or network incidents * Perform work at splice closures and NAP cabinets * Execute preventive and corrective network maintenance * Comply with on-site safety protocols * Report work progress and supporting evidence **Essential Requirements** * Proven experience in fiber optic splicing * Experience responding to faults and emergencies on FTTH networks * Knowledge of splice closures and NAP cabinets * Experience locating and repairing fiber cuts * Preferably experience working with izzi’s fiber network * Availability for 100% fieldwork * Ability to work in crews and respond to incidents * Personal vehicle required * Basic tools required **We Offer** * Weekly payment with timely deposits * Competitive weekly salary * Weekly gasoline allowance * Consistent work on active projects Job Type: Full-time Salary: $6,000\.00 \- $9,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
