Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team, providing all necessary technical information. \- Network Updates and Maintenance Perform firmware updates, configuration changes, and security patches on network equipment. Ensure accurate documentation of configurations and network changes. \- Reporting and Tracking Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on incidents, resolution times, and network status. Propose continuous improvements for network infrastructure stability and performance. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Systems, Electronics, or related field. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in monitoring, managing, and supporting telecommunications networks. Technical Knowledge: Networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, etc.). Configuration of Mikrotik equipment (optional), Vsol, Fiberhome, and others. Monitoring tools. Basic knowledge of fiber optics, microwave, and related technologies.
