Job Objective Ensure network operational efficiency through monitoring, analysis, and technical diagnosis, guaranteeing optimal power levels and timely resolution of large-scale incidents. Requirements: * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics, Computer Systems, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 1\-2 years in **GPON Networks** (traffic monitoring and analysis). * **Technical Knowledge:** * Expert-level proficiency in **TX/RX** power levels. * Familiarity with network infrastructure: **OLT, NAP, and Splitters**. * Diagnosis of physical and logical faults in optical fiber. * **Operational Management:** Experience in **KPI** control and generation of operational reports. * **Tools:** **Intermediate to Advanced Excel** (pivot tables, complex formulas, and database cross-referencing). * **TIME AVAILABILITY** Responsibilities: * Manage and mitigate network incidents and large-scale failures. * Conduct preventive analysis of power levels to avoid service degradation. * Design and supervise infrastructure improvement plans for outside plant. * Prepare operational performance reports to support managerial decision-making.
