Responsibilities: Supervise operations and ensure the quality of technical work, verifying proper execution and review of evidence. Provide on-site support and advisory services in response to incidents, technical issues, or special requirements. Coordinate and manage technical personnel, addressing their operational needs, accompanying installers, and supporting recruitment and competency development. Motivate technical personnel through recognition mechanisms and continuous improvement initiatives. Manage and control assigned supplies, tools, equipment, and vehicles, ensuring appropriate usage, maintenance, and safeguarding. Conduct inventories, warehouse stock control and inventory requisition, as well as generation of work orders and corresponding receipts. Manage departmental information by collecting and analyzing performance metrics, evaluating personnel performance, and proposing improvement actions. Track work orders to ensure traceability and operational efficiency.
