This role is ideal for someone with initiative, a results-oriented mindset, and eagerness to learn. **Responsibilities** * Prospect and generate new customers (installers, distributors, and residential customers). * Follow up on quotations and commercial opportunities. * Provide basic equipment advisory (including training). * Support sales closing. * Update CRM and commercial reports. * Accompany customer visits and participate in the commercial process. **Requirements** * **6 months to 1 year** of experience in sales, customer service, or commercial areas. * Interest in developing a career in sales (HVAC experience is not required). * Communication and negotiation skills. * Proactive attitude and results orientation. * Completed or ongoing bachelor's degree. * Basic Excel proficiency. * Availability to visit customers. **We Offer** * Gross salary: **$15,000 to $17,000 \+ commissions** * Statutory benefits * Meal vouchers * Technical and commercial training * Internal growth plan within the company **Development** At GREE, you will have the opportunity to learn directly from the commercial team and build a sales career within a global company.
