Implementation of improvements in recruitment processes **Job Objective:** Coordinate, supervise, and ensure compliance with operational recruitment processes through management of field recruiters, ensuring target achievement and coverage strategies. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate the field recruiter team * Manage control desk activities (tracking, reporting, databases) * Ensure achievement of vacancy coverage targets * Monitor recruitment metrics (KPIs) * Validate field-based talent attraction strategies * Monitor candidate progress throughout the hiring process * Coordinate interviews and selection processes * Implement improvements in recruitment processes * Maintain constant communication with operations and internal clients * Generate results reports and vacancy status updates **Requirements:** * Education: Completed or incomplete bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Psychology, or related field) * Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in operational recruitment and personnel management * Experience coordinating recruitment teams * Knowledge of mass recruitment and fieldwork * Proficiency in Excel and reporting **Competencies:** * Leadership * Results-oriented mindset * Organization * Effective communication * Ability to work under pressure * Decision-making skills **We Offer:** * Salary: $18,000 MXN per month * Statutory benefits * Life insurance * **Work Location: Tultepec, State of Mexico** **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM If you are interested and meet the profile, apply through this channel and we will contact you.
