Job Summary: Oversees the operation and maintenance of telecommunications infrastructure, supervising the network, resolving issues, and optimizing resources. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and monitoring of network work execution. 2. Effective and timely resolution of network issues. 3. Promotion of initiatives and improvements in network installations. **OBJECTIVE:** To oversee the operation and maintenance of telecommunications infrastructure and/or network components to enhance network efficiency and availability. Ensuring coverage of shift duties (7x24x365) as well as optimization of operational resources and supplies. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise and monitor the proper execution of assigned tasks to ensure correct network operation. * Conduct on-site supervision of our clients’ networks to identify opportunities for improving their operations and reducing field risks. * Correct network issues effectively and promptly. * Promote initiatives, industrialization, and efficiencies in network installations for improvements (e.g., enhancements, upgrades, and new systems). * Meet service objectives regarding quality, timeliness, and compliance across assigned technical areas (e.g., radiofrequency (RF), wireless networks, wired networks, etc.) to ensure they remain in normal operating condition. * Assign tasks to subordinates and evaluate their respective performance. * Plan, request, and use supplies efficiently for each project. * Deliver required documentation for timely invoicing and upload it into the project management software. * Physically hand over completed projects to clients. * Submit reports and/or notifications on the status of assigned tasks as required by the project. * Perform any additional activities designated by the immediate supervisor or documented within the quality management system. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Class C driver’s license. * Experience in Fiber Optic Maintenance. * Experience managing technical personnel. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. **BENEFITS:** * Vacation bonus: 75%. * Savings fund: 5%. * Grocery vouchers: 12%. * Year-end bonus: 20 days.
