We are seeking our new **CALL CENTER EXECUTIVE** WHAT REQUIREMENTS DO WE ASK FOR? * High school diploma completed (certificate required) * Availability to cover requested shifts KNOWLEDGE: * Customer service * Telephone call handling * Information security * Microsoft Office suite SKILLS: * Organized * Initiative and participation * Strong interpersonal skills * Adherence to rules and procedures * Effective communication ACTIVITIES YOU WILL PERFORM: * Provide support to medical service users, addressing their needs, questions, or requested services. * Coordinate services with the diagnostic assistant. * Follow up on DBS kit shipment requests. * Follow up on DBS kit collection requests. * Provide status updates on collected samples. * Coordinate geneticist consultations as requested. * Update daily reports.
