We seek individuals who work passionately and match the profile of: **Printing Supervisor**. **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position. * Strong sense of urgency. * Service-oriented attitude. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure assigned jobs meet established production timelines and are delivered to internal and external customers according to the production schedule. * Coordinate and timely provide tools, supplies, instructions, and necessary conditions so the team can execute production orders without interruptions. * Supervise and respond immediately to incidents involving digital printing machinery and finishing equipment, managing preventive and corrective maintenance with the technical department to avoid operational delays. * Coordinate and track jobs requiring external processes (e.g., varnishing, binding, or others), ensuring quality, cost control, and on-time delivery. * Resolve technical and operational issues that may affect printing and/or finishing processes by making timely decisions to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction. * Supervise material control (in/out) for work-in-progress and finished goods, as well as corresponding records, to maintain traceability and orderly workflow. * Coordinate with the logistics department regarding movement of materials and finished products, ensuring deliveries occur per established schedules. * Propose and implement initiatives to optimize production times, reduce waste, improve processes, and enhance quality, fostering innovation and efficiency in the digital printing area. **Benefits:** * Competitive salary—salary details will be shared by HR upon contact (salary scale assigned based on experience). * Weekly payments. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements (e.g., 30-day bonus, 50% vacation premium, attendance bonus, 13% savings fund), among other benefits. * Life insurance. * Direct employment with the company.
