This position is key to supporting various production areas, from material preparation to the final assembly of our products.* ***Skills:*** * *Ability to read, interpret, cut lists, and understand construction details from blueprints.* * *Proficiency in using woodworking machinery and hand or electric tools.* * *Production of wooden furniture using materials such as poplar, red grandis, pine, red cedar, or natural MDF with melamine, veneers, or pine plywood.* ***Main Responsibilities and Activities:*** * *Handling and processing melamine and natural wood for manufacturing, assembly, and installation, ensuring timely delivery of assigned prototypes and projects according to production planning and quality standards.* * *Interpreting, reading, cutting lists, and understanding blueprint designs and materials, verifying material quality, ensuring accurate measurements and assemblies, and meeting required production quantities.* * *Optimizing resource productivity by reducing production time, rework, waste, and loss.* * *Preparing daily and weekly production reports.* ***Requirements:*** * *3 years of experience as a journeyman, skilled carpenter, or master carpenter.* * *Must be available to travel to Nogalar (MTY) and/or temporarily relocate.* * *Education: Technical degree in Carpentry, Industrial Manufacturing, Industrial Design, or related fields.
