Job Summary: The Boiler Operator is responsible for maintaining the boiler, performing blowdowns, inspecting leaks and pipes, and assisting in preventive and corrective maintenance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operation and completion of boiler logbooks 2. Performing blowdowns and leak inspections on boilers 3. Assisting in preventive and corrective maintenance ***BOILER OPERATOR*** Complete the boiler logbooks. Perform boiler blowdowns properly and on time. Inspect leaks in the boiler water pumps. Assist the maintenance department as required. Report any boiler failures to the immediate supervisor. Inspect steam and condensate piping. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.
