We look forward to welcoming you! **Objective:** Execute and monitor operational electronic data interchange (EDI) processes with wholesale and supermarket suppliers, ensuring accurate transmission of purchase orders and invoices with addenda via the PAEBSA and B2B platforms, in compliance with established guidelines and within defined timeframes. **Responsibilities** * Ensure the correct technical implementation of EDI integrations with wholesale and supermarket suppliers, in accordance with established procedures on the PAEBSA and B2B platforms, guaranteeing effective electronic document transfer, including purchase orders and invoices with addenda. * Monitor project implementation stages for each supplier’s EDI integration, including addenda integration, production environment activation, and resolution of incidents across all phases of the process. * Provide technical and operational support to suppliers during and after their EDI implementation, promptly addressing incidents related to order publication, invoice submission, document rejection, information visibility, or linkage errors. * Support continuous training of store operational staff on topics related to receipt, verification, and management of EDI documents, promoting best practices that ensure process efficiency. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Computer Science, IT, or Administration. * Proficiency in Excel. * Database management skills. * Knowledge of e-commerce processes and EDI workflows. * Supplier management experience. **Benefits** * Statutory and above-statutory benefits: Savings fund, monthly grocery vouchers, 30-day year-end bonus, life insurance, job stability, and growth opportunities.
