




Leading company in the manufacturing/sales of kitchen tools and equipment, currently seeking personnel for the Projects department Position: Project Administrator **Requirements:** * Education: University or technical studies in administration, accounting, business, or architecture **Experience:** * 2 to 3 years in positions such as administrative assistant or quotations * At least 1 year of experience in the food service industry **Job Responsibilities:** * Manage project budgets * Organize meetings * Track tasks * Control resource management **Job Activities:** * Direct quotation with suppliers for cold rooms, installations, stainless steel furniture, exhaust systems, and shipments. Quote indirect costs when required by the project. * Manage finances and insurance when required by the project. * Review drawings provided by the Designer to ensure accurate quotations. * Prepare project quotations. * Follow up with sales representatives to check the status of submitted quotations. * Prepare physical and digital deliverable folders. * Track merchandise with the Purchasing Department. * Coordinate on-site requirements from the Supervisor. * Prepare estimates. * Issue project invoices. * Follow up on project final settlements. * Prepare quotations requested by sales executives, account executives, and/or commercial management. **We Offer:** * Monthly salary ranging from $10,000.00 to $12,000.00 net * Statutory benefits plus commissions (non-sales) * Work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Apply through this channel.
