\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\- DRAFTSPERSON FOR PROJECTS \-\-\-\-\-\-\- **Requirements:** * **Age:** 25 to 45 years old. * **Gender:** Unrestricted. * **Education:** Technical diploma, undergraduate candidate, or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Environmental, Civil Engineering/Architecture, or related field. * Reside near Teoloyucan, State of México. * Completion of assessments. * **Experience:** 3 years of proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D). **PICAS** is a Mexican company specializing in comprehensive environmental control projects for air and suppression systems. **Objective:** To design, draft, develop, analyze, and diagnose environmental control projects based on standards, technical fundamentals, and applicable regulations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Preparation of 3D models in AutoCAD (mandatory) and SolidWorks (preferred). * Preparation of engineering technical drawings in AutoCAD (2D/3D) and SolidWorks, including tolerances and dimensions. · Preparation of calculation reports (using algebra). * Field dimensional surveys and correction of existing drawings for basic and detailed engineering projects. * Preparation, reading, and interpretation of drawings with technical specifications and design requirements. * Piping isometrics and coordination layout drawings. * Familiarity with standards, mechanical drawing symbols, and unit conversions. * Proficiency in using measuring instruments (tape measure, distance meter). * Structural calculation design (preferred). * Preparation of technical presentations and documentation for clients. * Preparation of quotations and bills of materials. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Development of conceptual and functional designs for equipment, devices, hoppers, guards, and mechanical systems. * Preparation of technical presentations and documentation for clients. * Preparation of quotations and bills of materials. **Desired Competencies:** * Service-oriented attitude (availability of time). * Punctuality and attendance. * Proactivity (initiative). * Work quality and attention to detail (carefulness and precision). * Creativity and ingenuity. * Teamwork and cooperation. * Planning, organization, and time management. * Results orientation (productivity). * Analytical thinking. * Analysis and synthesis. **Compensation and Other Benefits:** * Weekly payments. * Base salary between **$15,000.00 to $16,000.00 net per month (based on experience and aptitude)**. * Statutory benefits. · Salary increases based on performance. · Parking. · Paid leave (TXT). **Working Hours:** * Full-time, Monday through Friday, 08:00 to 18:30 hrs. **Contact:** Contact via WhatsApp at 5563023223 or call 5939146543.
