Summary: This role supports accounting activities for US and MEX GAAP, analyzes financial statements, collaborates on audits, provides accounting guidance, and improves month-end processes using AI tools. Develops process improvements using AI tools This role is responsible for supporting activities related to the accounting and integrity of US GAAP and MEX GAAP P\&L and Balance Sheet, Financial Statements Analysis, collaborate with External and Internal Audits requirements, provide accounting guidance to Business on their initiatives and projects, and develop month close analysis process improvements by leveraging AI tools. * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent. * Up to date knowledge and experience in US GAAP and MEX GAAP. * At least two years of experience performing financial analysis, providing meaningful comments on variances and main drivers. * Strong financial, analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Experience in Hyperion platforms, Power Query, AI Tools (Chat GPT, Copilot, Gemini, etc.) and Power BI is a plus. * Fluent in English. * Strong knowledge in excel and MS Office. * Data mining expertise is desired. * Ability to collaborate across geographies in a matrix structure and deliver on customer expectations, being flexible to acquire additional responsibilities, job rotation and help the rest of the team. * SQL/programming is preferred. * Experience working with Oracle GL.
