




A leading company providing plastic injection molding and product assembly services to domestic and international enterprises. **SEEKING A PRODUCTION PLANNER** **Position Purpose:** Coordinate, supervise, and manage the planning process in accordance with the company’s production, storage, and finished goods dispatch procedures, aligned with the customer delivery schedule. Review and organize timely and accurate deliveries to maintain required inventory levels and ensure efficient service for both the company and its customers; additionally, implement finished goods inventory levels covering 1 to 53 days and raw material inventory levels covering one week, achieving 100% adherence to the customer delivery schedule. **Work Experience (Areas, Departments, Functions):** • Develop, communicate, and monitor the production plan. • Analyze and communicate the available capacity of each installed machine. * Supervise and assign tasks to personnel under supervision. * Track raw material and supply inflows and outflows, as well as finished parts inventory outflows. * Prepare supply requisitions based on delivery schedules coordinated by the Planning Department. * Monitor established inventory stock levels. * Maintain up-to-date records and reports generated within the department. * Comply with industrial safety standards and procedures established by the company. * Keep equipment and work areas orderly and report any anomalies. * Prepare daily activity reports. * Respond promptly to assigned communication devices to address departmental needs. • Adhere to the production schedule. * Propose strategic directions for company development—such as team building and investment—through strategic planning. * Implement and monitor compliance with ISO/TS 16949:2009 standards. * Analyze performance indicators and propose improvements. * Promote and enhance personal and team safety. * Foster the professional development of subordinates. * Fulfill the DNC training program requirements. * Achieve position-specific objectives. * Maintain updated KPIs for one’s own process. * Implement preventive and corrective actions for KPIs falling outside target ranges. * Conduct and follow up on risk analysis for one’s own process. * Analyze, update, and audit procedures applicable to one’s own process. **General Knowledge and/or Technical Skills Required for the Position:** * Inventory handling and control. * Interpretation of releases. * Development of weekly/monthly production plans. * Office software applications. * ERP systems. * Web EDI. **Required Competencies or Skills:** * Teamwork. * Strong verbal communication skills. * Analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Customer orientation. **WE OFFER:** * **Salary:** $25,000.00 to $30,000.00 MXN * **Working Hours:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM–1:00 PM * **Benefits:** Statutory benefits Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $25,000.00–$30,000.00 MXN per month Application Question(s): * Do you have experience interpreting releases?
