REQUIREMENTS: Gender: Unrestricted Education: Primary school Minimum experience: 6 months RESPONSIBILITIES Check dessert inventory (cakes and cookies) to determine whether additional preparation is required before opening. Place desserts on the dessert bar prior to opening. Review dessert stock and determine whether production is needed for the following day. Supervise pastry staff. Prepare purchase requisitions based on current inventory. Ensure requisitions specify correct quantities. Verify that fruits meet required quality standards. Send photographic evidence to the Sous Chef of Desserts confirming proper storage of the previous night’s inventory. Ensure compliance with the pastry team’s presentation standards.
