IUV University is seeking talented individuals for the position of **Instructional Design Analyst.** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy, Psychology, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum one year of experience in facilities and furniture management, technical support, or educational logistics. * Proficiency in audiovisual equipment and educational technology tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams, projectors, etc.). * Knowledge of inventory management and maintenance control. * Ability to prepare administrative reports and monitor vendor performance. * Problem-solving skills, proactivity, organizational ability, and excellent interpersonal skills with teaching and administrative staff. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise classrooms and common areas to ensure optimal conditions, guaranteeing availability of necessary furniture and equipment. * Provide immediate assistance to faculty across in-person, hybrid, and virtual modalities to ensure smooth class delivery. * Coordinate classroom assignments by academic group and program, as well as organize institutional, academic, and sports events. * Process infrastructure, audiovisual, and technological equipment repairs and modifications through the relevant departments. * Prepare reports on facility conditions, improvement requirements, and teaching activity compliance. * Collaborate in quoting and procuring materials for academic practices and activities. **We offer:** * Full-time work schedule: * Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. * Monthly net salary of $8,000.00. * Statutory benefits. * Additional vacation days beyond those mandated by law. * Grocery vouchers after three months of employment. * Indefinite-term contract upon successful completion of the three-month probationary period. * Academic scholarships. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Excellent working environment.
