




**REQUIREMENTS:** **Must have experience in Italian cuisine, specifically in sauté and pizza stations.** **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** * To pre-prepare, prepare, present, and store all types of food applying appropriate techniques, achieving established quality and economic goals, while adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations. Additionally, will be able to participate in defining the gastronomic offerings. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Prepare any dish according to the kitchen recipe standards. * Be available to the chef, sous chef, or kitchen supervisor for any task assignments related to kitchen operations. * Perform cleaning tasks in the assigned area. * Monitor and record food temperatures. * Rotate food stocks based on the assigned area. * Prepare and organize raw materials for service (Mise en place). * Receive raw materials based on their organoleptic characteristics.
