We seek a responsible, active, and hygiene-conscious individual committed to cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen. Responsibilities: Keep your work area clean and disinfected at all times. Maintain personal hygiene at all times. Prepare cold bar dishes following established instructions (ceviches, aguachiles, clam salads, among others). Plate dishes carefully, paying attention to presentation and aesthetics. Regularly check that proteins remain cold and in good condition for consumption. Drain and keep iceboxes clean at all times. Chop and prepare vegetables as needed. Support the team to maintain an organized and well-functioning kitchen. Requirements: Good attitude and appearance. Ability to work well in a team. Active, quick, and responsible individual. Willingness to learn and work. Experience in kitchen or cold bar operations. Availability to work weekends (mandatory). We offer: Weekly salary + tips.
