Working Environment: Luxury boutique hotel, modern facilities, and full personal protective equipment. Essential Requirements **Location: Condesa, CDMX.** Schedule: Full schedule availability (rotating shifts). **Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role within hotels, corporate offices, or residences (verifiable with letters of recommendation).** Education: Basic education (elementary or secondary school). **Age: 25 to 45 years old. Key Knowledge** Cleaning Techniques: Proper handling of cleaning chemicals, disinfectants, and cleaning tools. **Order and Attention to Detail: Bed-making techniques (presented), deep bathroom cleaning, glass and delicate surface cleaning (marble, wood).** Furniture Care: Correct use of vacuum cleaners and cleaning tools. **Responsibilities** **Perform deep cleaning and disinfection of guest rooms (check-out and stay-over) according to the hotel’s luxury standards.** Restock guest rooms with white amenities (towels, linens) and clean toiletries. **Maintain cleanliness, order, and tidiness in the hotel’s common areas (lobby, hallways, public restrooms).** Immediately report any malfunctions or defects in guest rooms to the maintenance department. **Handle forgotten guest items honestly and report them accordingly.
