Sahagún – Palmillas** as: ***Site Equipment Coordinator*** **Position: Urbanization Coordinator** **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturdays, from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **Desired Profile:** * ***Civil Engineering***, Architecture, or related degree. * Minimum ***3 years*** of experience in urbanization, infrastructure construction, or construction supervision. * Management and coordination of contractors. * Experience in construction control, cost estimates, and physical progress tracking. * ***Knowledge*** of hydrosanitary networks, paving, earthworks, and electrical systems. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Excellent working environment * Professional development opportunities **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise ***urbanization activities on site***. * Monitor compliance with the construction schedule. * Verify quality and progress of executed work. * Coordinate contractors and suppliers. * Control assigned materials, machinery, and resources. * Review cost estimates and progress reports. * Ensure compliance with ***safety and quality standards***. * Report ***incidents*** and progress to management.
