RESPONSIBILITIES: * Phone, WhatsApp, and university social media support. * Follow-up with new students enrolled in the Virtual University (online sessions). * Data administration (databases). * Knowledge and application of learning styles. * Academic counseling and guidance. * Course tutoring for students. * Preparation of student reports and statistics.
