Job Description: A leading fenestration company seeks a candidate to work in Toluca. ***Technical Fenestration Specifier*** Education: Architecture or Engineering degree. Language: Intermediate English preferred. \_Analyze existing fenestration products and fenestration drawings to assess and obtain technical data regarding material types, product lines, glass types, assembly types, etc. \_Conduct site visits and analyze drawings and required specifications. \_Proven experience using quotation software and tools to generate detailed bill-of-materials per window (e.g., WinPerfil or similar) is mandatory. \_Experience reading construction drawings. \_Provide technical advisory services to contractors regarding fenestration improvements. \_Perform field measurements to document technical specifications and dimensions. \_Prepare material breakdowns and provide technical support for budgeting—i.e., verify that all materials required for fabrication and installation are included in quotations, in accordance with the project and its technical specifications. \_Provide technical support for fenestration manufacturing according to previously reviewed specifications. \_Collaborate with project architects and engineers to obtain approval of designs and materials, as per project requirements.
