Mextypsa is a multinational company with over 15 years of market positioning, a subsidiary of Grupo Typsa with an international presence, specializing in consulting services in civil engineering, architecture, industry, energy, and environmental fields; contributing to the development of infrastructure and facilities for various projects in Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean. We are currently seeking: **VIADUCT SPECIALIST SUPERVISOR (HIGHWAY PROJECTS)** **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (student completing studies or graduate) Desirable: specialization, diploma, or postgraduate studies in structures, bridges, or structural engineering. Minimum 5–8 years of experience in civil works and road infrastructure and/or linear projects. Experience in supervision of viaducts, bridges, road interchanges, or elevated crossings. Experience in steel structures, beam launching (mandatory), and projects involving reinforced concrete, prestressed concrete, and/or structural steel. Quality regulations Knowledge of SICT regulations * Advanced Excel proficiency * Availability to work in the State of Mexico **Responsibilities:** * Supervise viaduct construction in accordance with project specifications and applicable standards. * Verify material quality, construction processes, and work sequences. * Review and validate cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and work volumes. * Identify deviations and non-conformities, and propose corrective actions. * Coordinate with site managers, contractors, designers, and laboratories. * Prepare technical progress and quality control reports. * Supervise compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. **We Offer:** Competitive salary + statutory benefits and SGMM (Mexican Social Security Institute Health Insurance) Direct employment contract with the company Interested candidates who meet the profile should apply through this channel with an updated CV. *At Mextypsa, we value diversity as a source of talent and therefore strive to foster an inclusive environment that promotes respect and a sense of belonging, enabling all individuals to participate on equal footing.
