Our company is looking for someone who will be the friendly face of our office and the driving force keeping everything in perfect order. **What will you do with us?** Your mission will be twofold: ensuring exceptional service for our distributors and customers, and maintaining our showroom as an immaculate space. **Key Responsibilities:** Premium Service: Manage phone calls, provide quotations, track shipment status, and welcome visitors. Showroom Experience: Maintain the ideal ambiance (music, fragrances, coffee, and visual order) to receive our customers. Sales Support: Provide technical support to external advisors and assist with membership programs. Supply Management: Inventory control (stationery, cafeteria, and cleaning supplies) coordinated with the Finance department. Operational Control: Package handling, catalog loan management, and coordination with the warehouse. Maintenance and Liaison: Serve as the point of contact for cleaning services, maintenance reporting, and administrative coordination with management. **What are we looking for in you?** Service Attitude: Proactive individual with excellent communication skills and courteous demeanor. Attention to Detail: Someone who enjoys keeping spaces tidy and aesthetically pleasing. Multitasking: Ability to manage quotations while maintaining control over reception activities. Responsibility: Key handling, banking procedures, and support during urgent situations. Organization: Strict control over material and catalog entries/exits. **Requirements:** Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles (preferably in design, architecture, or luxury retail). Basic administrative skills (email, Microsoft Office). Excellent personal presentation. Availability to occasionally run external errands (banks/purchases). **What do we offer?** Salary: MXN 13,000 net per month plus statutory benefits.
