Clean elevator machine rooms, cabs, and pits. Lubricate machines, guide rails, and equipment in general. Operate elevators in inspection/manual mode. Collaborate cooperatively with other technicians to deliver optimal customer satisfaction for the branch. Project a professional image by wearing clean, orderly official Schindler workwear and treating customers, building tenants, and customer property with respect. Keep customers informed about the status of their equipment, preventive and corrective repairs, and discretionary repairs or modernizations. Comply with all Schindler and customer safety policies and requirements.
