We are currently seeking a **SEO Specialist** for **Elogia**. If you see yourself becoming part of our ecosystem, keep reading. **What will be your mission?** Drive organic growth for our clients by defining, executing, and continuously optimizing SEO strategies that increase search engine visibility, attract qualified traffic, and directly contribute to improving conversion rates and each brand’s business objectives. **What will you do on a day-to-day basis?** * Analyze on-page and off-page SEO factors. * Analyze traffic using analytics tools. * Execute content marketing and link-building strategies. * Implement technical and content-related changes on websites. * Monitor results and assess the effectiveness of executed SEO actions. * Provide recommendations for existing projects. * Continuously analyze trends and identify positioning opportunities and strategies to pursue continuous improvement. * Explore and apply AI and automation tools with a continuous improvement mindset, seeking smarter and more efficient ways of working. **What will your team be like?** You will join the SEO Hub led by Pilar, while closely collaborating with specialists across all digital marketing disciplines: Paid Media, CRM, Data, Design, Content & Social Media, and CRO. * ✨**What do we offer?** * Comprehensive health insurance covering major, minor, and preventive medical expenses. * Psycho-emotional support and psychotherapy sessions via CuidadosaMENTE. * Full scholarship for training at Elev8: free access to our learning campus. * Financial support for English language studies. * Vacation days exceeding statutory requirements. * Additional non-statutory holidays, including December 24 and 31, and your birthday. * Flexibility in start and end times. * Hybrid work model requiring office attendance two days per week, varying weekly. * Team activities organized by the Festivities Committee \#WeAreFun. **Requirements:** --------------- **What do we need from you?** Essential: * Prior experience implementing technical SEO solutions in CMS platforms such as: **VTEX** and **Magento**. * Proficiency in SEO tools. * Understanding of search engine fundamentals, positioning strategies, and user search behavior. * Knowledge of social media marketing and SEO trends and strategies. * Understanding of information architecture, usability, and accessibility standards. * Advanced knowledge of link building, link baiting, and blogger outreach for SEO projects. * Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or others). * Strong written and verbal communication skills for client interaction.
