Long Term Futures are currently recruiting for a SEND Teaching Assistant to join a specialist secondary provision in Derby (DE3\). This is a full\-time opportunity for someone who is committed to making a positive impact and supporting students both academically and emotionally. The school provides a structured and nurturing environment for pupils aged 11\-16 with a range of needs including autism, SEMH, communication difficulties, and complex learning needs.
