




Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Engineer for hydraulic and electromechanical engineering projects, responsible for prospecting, customer follow-up, advisory services, and participation in tenders. Our client is a company providing 360° solutions for hydraulic engineering, electromechanical engineering, water quality, and deep wells. **Responsibilities:** * Follow up on the assigned customer portfolio. * Prospect new customers. * Provide advisory services to customers, aiming to close sales. * Participate in tenders. **Requirements:** * Education: Civil Engineering, Agronomy, Architecture, or related field. * 2 years of experience in sales of hydraulic engineering projects: design, execution, and commissioning. * Knowledge of: stormwater and wastewater pumping stations; electromechanical and control equipment: booster systems, low- and medium-voltage panels, motor control centers (MCC), and telemetry; potable water supply studies, sewerage, pumping stations: turbine-type, split-case, and booster. * Valid driver's license and ability to drive a standard vehicle. * Willingness to travel nationwide. **Offered:** * Base salary negotiable according to experience. * Uncapped commissions. * Statutory benefits \+ food vouchers \+ company vehicle \+ fuel. * Hybrid work mode, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:30 hrs, Saturdays from 9:00 to 13:00 hrs (on-call duty every two weeks). **Location:** Guadalajara, Jalisco.
