With courses and/or diplomas in Educational Technology Optional profile: Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology, Bachelor's degree in Educational Communication and Informatics, Bachelor's degree in Communication and Educational Technology. Languages: Basic English Knowledge: * Theoretical: Management and evaluation of virtual learning environments. Administration of digital learning platforms. * Technical: Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 suite. Experience with Moodle (implementing resources, quizzes, managing educational program deployment, etc.). Advanced skills in hybrid educational platforms, tools, and applications. Personal skills or characteristics: Project management, teamwork, time management, adaptability to change, responsibility, customer service, negotiation and diplomacy. Minimum experience: 1 year managing virtual learning environments (platforms, tools, and educational applications). Duties and responsibilities: * Upload theoretical content and digital resources to the educational platform. * Set up assessment instruments for distance education offerings using digital forms. * Pilot test distance education programs. * Monitor virtual learning environments. * Provide administrative follow-up to users (online tutors and distance students). * Identify and route technical and pedagogical support issues from virtual learning environments. * Assist in training project teachers and online tutors. * Support various tasks as required in the department.
