**Grupo Constructor Transportieren is seeking:** Resident **Main Responsibilities:** * Ensure that schedules and/or specifications established in the construction project are met * Direct interaction with Management / Client supervisors * Track and record physical construction progress * Site surveys * Quantification * Skills: Pro\-active, ability to work under pressure, follow work instructions, teamwork, knowledge of blueprint reading, familiarity with Project software, CAD and Excel * Other duties as assigned. **Requirements:** * Gender: Indifferent * Experience: Minimum 2 years verifiable experience in construction companies * Resilience * Experience managing personnel * Local candidate preferred * Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture * Experience in bridges **We Offer:** * $11,506\.85 every two weeks (every other Friday) * Schedule: Monday to Friday 8\-6, Saturdays 8\-1, availability for extraordinary work outside regular hours * Job stability * Benefits as per labor law * Location: Next to Tecmilenio Cumbres Job Type: Full\-time Salary: $25,000\.00 per month Workplace: On\-site
