Position Summary: We are seeking a Purchaser with experience in the construction industry to handle tendering, sourcing, and procurement of services and goods for shopping malls. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in procurement within the construction sector 2. Responsible for national-level tenders and procurement 3. Negotiation with clients and suppliers Purchaser **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. Experience in procurement within the construction industry, project tendering, supplier development, and negotiation with clients and suppliers. **Job Responsibilities:** Responsible for tendering renovation and adaptation works for shopping plazas or malls. Sourcing and contracting maintenance services for shopping malls nationwide. Responsible for procurement of various plaza requirements. Preparation and entry of work orders and purchase requests. Tracking purchase requests from plazas or shopping malls. Experience in procurement of (fire protection systems, hydropneumatic pumps, HVAC spare parts, refrigeration, paint, etc.)
