Position Summary: We are seeking a Project Architect with experience in horizontal housing development to create creative solutions and provide on-site supervision. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preliminary and executive design development for horizontal housing subdivisions 2. Creation of creative solutions 3. On-site supervision to ensure proper execution and specific details A construction and real estate development company with over 20 years of experience in vertical housing development is seeking new talent as a **Project Architect**. **Requirements:** * **Minimum experience:** 3–5 years in horizontal housing project development. * **Completed education in:** Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. * **Software proficiency:** Revit, AutoCAD **Responsibilities:** * Development of preliminary and executive designs for horizontal housing subdivisions. * Ability to create creative solutions. * On-site supervision of projects to ensure correct implementation as well as specific details. * Development and specification of project details and/or bulletins for proper on-site tracking and execution **Knowledge and Skills:** * Proactive, self-managed, detail-oriented * Familiarity with current RCDF Technical Standards (NTC), horizontal housing development, installation criteria, and structural criteria. * Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, rendering software, and image editing software. * Knowledge of urban planning **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Working hours: Monday to Friday Work location: Las Palmas, Miguel Hidalgo
