Passion for early childhood education and creativity **Primary Coordinator** **Responsibilities:** * Lead and motivate the primary teaching team. * Plan and coordinate the curriculum and educational activities. * Supervise and evaluate the performance of teaching staff. * Maintain effective communication with parents, teachers, and students. * Ensure compliance with all educational regulations and standards. * Innovate and adapt new pedagogical methodologies according to students’ needs. **Requirements:** * Degree in Primary Education, Pedagogy, or a related field. * Prior experience in primary teaching and educational leadership roles. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * In-depth knowledge of child development and educational methodologies. * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. * Proficiency in using technological tools and official platforms. * Passion for early childhood education and commitment to children’s development. * Excellent attitude, cheerful and creative * SILCEQ platform proficiency * English proficiency required Employment Type: Full-time Employment Type: Full-time, Part-time Salary: $14,000.00 - $16,000.00 per month Experience: * Coordination: 3 years (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
