Description
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with specialization or emphasis in Early Stimulation — committed, empathetic, and deeply devoted to child development — to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for evaluating, designing, and implementing strategies that support psychomotor, sensory, and holistic development in young children during their earliest stages, fostering an inclusive, safe, and stimulating environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess and identify educational needs, learning barriers, or difficulties in cognitive, emotional, and social development among children.
* Provide guidance and advisory support to teachers regarding curriculum adaptation and classroom activity management.
Maintain consistent communication and orientation with families to monitor children’s progress and align support strategies at home.
* Prepare detailed psychopedagogical reports and individual follow-up files.
* Promote a safe, empathetic, organized, and child-wellbeing-centered school environment.
* Collaborate closely with school leadership, teaching staff, and administrative personnel.
Requirements:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy with emphasis in Early Stimulation and valid professional license.
* Experience: Minimum of 1 year.
* Soft skills: High empathy, patience, creativity, responsibility, and active listening.
* Assertive communication: Ability to clearly convey reports and provide guidance to children, parents, and teachers.
* Excellent professional attitude and appearance.
Salary: $120.00 per hour
