




Administer unionized personnel for the plant, manage compliance with the collective labor contract and agreements between the company and the Union. Maintain labor stability and a healthy work environment by fostering good relationships among employees, the company, and the Workers' Union. **Strategic:** Administration of unionized personnel during their time within the facilities. Maintain turnover and absenteeism indicators within established standards. Execute the vacation plan in alignment with the scheduled program. Ensure compliance with the CLC (Collective Labor Contract). **Operational:** Coordinate support for human talent integration. Coordinate employee separation actions. Ensure timely and proper service of cafeteria and transportation. Handle procedures required by the plant before the union, such as shift changes, area changes, plant changes, and overtime. **Requirements:** **Position Requirements:** **Minimum experience of 5 years in:** Human Resources, 3 years in Labor Relations, knowledge of Federal Labor Law, IMSS, People Soft, Microsoft Office (P.P., Excel and Word), Fonacot, RIT management, union relations. **English:** Intermediate/Advanced. **Degree:** Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, or related field.
