Interior Design Intern for Construction Project

Position Summary: Intern for construction project to review finishes, receive and control furniture, and facilitate communication between construction and interior design teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Review of fine finishes and furniture control in construction project 2. Key communication between construction site and interior design team 3. Administrative support and assembly of components Construction Project Intern Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering Starting from the 6th semester * Review of finishes including upholstery, carpentry, glazing, floor marble, and all other fine finishes for sample warehouse and amenities * Receive furniture, accessories, and other items delivered to the project site, and maintain inventory records indicating which warehouse stores them and their delivery condition * Receive suppliers * Submit weekly photographic reports * Facilitate communication between construction site and interior design team * Manage handover documentation folders * On-site rectification and measurement surveys * Assist with furniture, accessory, and other component assembly Financial Support Monthly stipend and student insurance Salary: $8,300.00 - $8,364.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking Work Location: On-site employment
