MEXTYPSA, a multinational company with 15 years of market presence, is a subsidiary of Grupo Typsa with international operations, specializing in consulting services for civil engineering, architecture, industry, energy, and environmental sectors; contributing to the development of infrastructure and facilities for diverse projects across Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean, is currently seeking: **BIM MODELER** **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of experience in modeling installations, architecture, structures, hydraulics, etc. * Experience creating families, routing pipes and cable trays, annotating drawings, and generating technical documentation. * Preparing material take-offs. * Proficiency in software: REVIT, AUTODESK **Responsibilities:** * Modeling installations, architecture, structures, and hydraulics for building and industrial projects. * Performing engineering design across various disciplines (hydrosanitary, hydraulic, structural, and installation systems). **We Offer:** * Direct employment with the company. * Base salary, statutory benefits, and major medical expense insurance (SGMM).
