Promotes an inclusive and discrimination-free work environment. **TaHú is seeking a Human Resources Generalist in Mexico City \- Benito Juárez, Mexico City** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Join our team as a HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST focused on the Restaurant Industry** **REQUIREMENTS:** **Education:** Technical or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, or related field. Experience in Human Resources **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Execute recruitment and hiring processes for operational and administrative staff. * Manage payroll incidents, employee onboarding and offboarding, vacation tracking, and attendance control. * Coordinate onboarding and training for new employees. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations. * Monitor workplace climate, turnover, and employee relations. * Manage personnel files and documentation for branch staff. **WE OFFER:** Salary: $20,000 to $22,000 monthly, net pay Statutory benefits Availability: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Work Location: Benito Juárez, Mexico City We promote an inclusive and discrimination-free work environment.
