Training programs **At Ruba, we don’t just build homes—we also build a better workplace for our employees, certified by GPTW as one of the 100 Best Companies to Work For in Mexico.** **We invite you to join our team.** **HOUSING CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR** Supervise and direct housing construction in accordance with the company’s process manuals, site supervision and control procedures, and residential development projects to achieve the highest quality, safety, and on-time completion. **Responsibilities:** * Implement the company’s strategies in housing production to deliver products that meet customer needs. * Ensure optimal performance of site supervisors and contractors to achieve corporate objectives. * Ensure adherence to construction schedules for residential developments to guarantee timely housing completion and delivery to customers. * Guarantee housing quality to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold the company’s positive reputation. * Plan and ensure the timely start of the next housing package to maintain continuous production. **Requirements:** * Architecture or Civil Engineering degree * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role with a housing developer * Technical construction knowledge * Ability to interpret blueprints * Basic knowledge of surveying * Knowledge of construction regulations and standards * Familiarity with maintaining a construction logbook * Experience preparing construction progress reports and reviewing cost estimates * Flexible working hours **We Offer:** * Competitive salary (paid weekly) * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Excellent work environment * Professional development and growth * Training programs
