If you are proficient in **UPLC\-MS/MS** operation and seek a position where you can **lead projects from initiation through validation**, coordinate analysts, and plan your long\-term career growth with a structured development path, this opportunity is for you. **PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Sciences, Biological Sciences, or related field **(degree certificate and professional license are mandatory).** * Minimum 1 year of experience in an **analytical or bioanalytical laboratory (mandatory)** * Intermediate English (mandatory), advanced English (preferred). * **Soft skills:** Technical leadership, assertive communication, analytical thinking, results orientation, problem solving, and team management. **Knowledge:** * Proficiency (minimum 1 year) and mastery (preferred) of: * Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP). * Applicable regulations and guidelines: NOM\-177, GLP, FDA CFR 21, ICH, FDA. * Data regulation and integrity. * Operation of data acquisition systems/software. * **Knowledge of biological sample extraction techniques.** * Autonomous operation of **liquid chromatography\-mass spectrometry systems (UPLC\-MS/MS)**. **We Offer:** * Salary: $18,000 to $22,000 MXN per month, tax\-free. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Major medical expense insurance (SGMM). * Annual medical check\-up and 2 free referral medical consultations. * University partnerships, health and restaurant discounts. * 3 flexible leave days per year. * Relocation assistance (for out\-of\-state candidates). * English learning opportunity (support negotiable). **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the **planning, execution, and closure of bioanalytical projects.** * Supervise the generation, review, and release of technical documentation (analytical methods, reports, injection sequences, raw data, etc.). * **Train and guide analytical staff** on procedures, methodologies, and regulatory compliance. * Process and review results from **UPLC\-MS/MS**, ensuring adherence to acceptance criteria. * Ensure compliance with **SOPs**, **GLP**, and **national and international regulatory requirements**. * Participate in **internal and external audits** (QA, sponsors, or regulatory agencies). * Supervise the **safe disposal of RPBI and RP**, in accordance with biosafety standards. **Location:** San Pedro Garza García, N.L.
