**Subject Faculty \| Global Markets** **About the Role** In this role, you will analyze the operation, structure, and dynamics of global financial markets, as well as their impact on investment, financing, and risk management decisions—enabling students to understand international economic interdependence and develop competitive financial strategies within a globalized environment. **Your Key Challenges:** * Identify the main institutions, instruments, and actors operating in international financial markets. * Assess the impact of international macroeconomic variables (exchange rates, interest rates, inflation, monetary and fiscal policies) on financial decisions. * Apply investment and risk-hedging strategies in international contexts, considering geopolitical, regulatory, and exchange-rate factors. * Define learning objectives, content, teaching methodologies, and evaluation criteria. * Organize resources and time allocation throughout the educational process. **Profile We Seek:** **Essential Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree and professional license in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Banking and Markets, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related fields. * Experience: 2–3 years of combined teaching and professional experience in the field. **Desirable Qualifications:** * A Master’s degree with official title and license in Finance, Economics, Financial Accounting, Banking and Markets, or Financial Administration is desirable. * Familiarity with platforms such as Teams, Blackboard, or similar systems. * Key competencies: digital and technological proficiency; ability to cultivate empathy, patience, and conflict resolution skills; capacity to design classes that foster critical thinking, creativity, and active participation. **Your Impact at UVM** At the Universidad del Valle de México, we educate well-rounded individuals for fulfilling lives and a better world.
