We are looking for: **FLOOR TRAINER** **Work Location: Polanco and/or Mixcoac** **REQUIREMENTS:** * \-Bachelor’s degree in Sports Sciences, Physical Education, or related field (completed or in progress). * \-Valid sports certifications. * \-Minimum 2 years’ experience as a floor trainer delivering workout routines. * \-Experience leading group classes (Strength, HIIT, GAP, etc.) is desirable. * \-Certification in CPR and/or First Aid is desirable. * \-Flexible availability for working hours. * \-Willingness to travel when required by operations. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * \-Ensure correct and safe execution of training programs. * \-Conduct physical assessments of members. * \-Maintain equipment and floor area in order. * \-Assist with administration and restocking of supplies and towels in locker rooms. * \-Deliver scheduled classes and training sessions. * \-Supervise compliance with internal regulations. * \-Support active breaks and sports activities. **WE OFFER:** * Gross monthly salary of $10,500\. * Bi-weekly payments. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Additional benefits. * Excellent work environment. * Opportunity for career development within the company.
