FINISHING ARCHITECT

Description

**Job Objective** Supervise, coordinate, and ensure the proper execution of finishing works on site, guaranteeing quality, aesthetics, adherence to schedules, and compliance with project specifications. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervision of finishing works (painting, flooring, cladding, plastering, carpentry, glazing, etc.). * Verify that works comply with drawings, specifications, and quality standards. * Coordinate finishing contractors and suppliers. * Monitor construction progress and schedule adherence. * Identify and correct defects (delivery checklist). * Validate materials and their correct installation. * Progress and quality reporting. * Support in handover of residential units or common areas. * Compilation of punch list items (snag list / punch list). **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Architecture (licensed or intern). * Minimum 2–5 years of experience in construction finishing works. * Knowledge of finishing materials and construction systems. * Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings. * Proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD (preferred). * Experience managing contractors. **Skills** * Attention to detail (CRITICAL for finishing works). * Organization and follow-up. * On-site problem-solving. * Effective communication. * Ability to work under pressure. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in residential developments or condominiums. * Knowledge of construction regulations. * Experience maintaining a construction logbook. **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Finishing quality (minimal rework required). * Timely delivery completion. * Control of on-site incidents. * Final handover satisfaction (post-sales).
