Position Summary: We are seeking a recruitment and selection intern to develop skills in candidate engagement, interpretation of assessments, and conducting interviews, supporting our mission to empower women in Mexico. Active participation in talent identification and attraction We are looking for a student, recent graduate, or professional seeking experience to join our team as a Recruitment and Selection Intern at a company committed to personal and professional development—reflected in daily quality of life and aligned with our corporate purpose: “Empowering women in Mexico to improve their quality of life.” As a recruitment intern, your primary responsibility will be to establish direct contact with potential candidates through initial outreach, while also developing your competencies in selection—including learning to interpret projective tests and conducting interviews. Your active involvement will be critical to identifying and attracting the right talent for our organization. We offer: \- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM \- Suitable for academic internships, social service, or professional experience building. \- Official letter validating your activities, enhancing your future employment opportunities. \- Monthly stipend of $2,500 MXN plus bonus for placed candidates (average monthly bonus: $1,000 MXN) \- Career and life plan, along with training programs to support your personal and professional growth.
