The teacher will report directly to the school principal or academic coordinator and collaborate closely with other teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure students' holistic development. Responsibilities * Plan, develop, and deliver lessons. * Evaluate students' academic and personal progress through exams, assignments, and observations. * Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment in the classroom. * Identify and address each student's individual needs, promoting equal opportunities. * Maintain regular communication with parents and guardians regarding students' performance and behavior. * Participate in pedagogical meetings, training sessions, and institutional activities. * Collaborate collectively according to events scheduled in the work timetable. * Prepare academic and administrative reports as required. Requirements * University degree in Primary Education or related field (bachelor's degree). * Prior teaching experience at the primary level. * Knowledge of pedagogical strategies, classroom management, and educational technology tools. * Strong communication skills, empathy, creativity, and commitment to service. * Availability to work full-time during the school day. * In some cases, possession of specific certifications or official accreditations (e.g., TKT, TOEFL, PET, FCE, CAE, CELTA, DELTA).
