We would like you to join our team, where the primary-level English teacher will hold a key position within the teaching staff of an educational institution. You will report directly to the principal or academic coordinator and collaborate closely with other teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure students' holistic development. Responsibilities * Plan, develop, and deliver lessons. * Evaluate students' academic and personal progress through exams, assignments, and observations. * Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment in the classroom. * Identify and address each student's individual needs, promoting equal opportunities. * Maintain regular communication with parents and guardians regarding students' performance and behavior. * Participate in pedagogical meetings, training sessions, and institutional activities. * Collaborate collectively according to events scheduled in the work timetable. * Prepare academic and administrative reports when required. Requirements * University degree in Primary Education or a related field (bachelor's degree). * Prior teaching experience at the primary level. * Knowledge of pedagogical strategies, classroom management, and educational technology tools. * Strong communication skills, empathy, creativity, and commitment to service. * Availability to work full-time school hours. * In some cases, possession of specific certifications or official accreditations (e.g., TKT, TOEFL, PET, FCE, CAE, CELTA, DELTA).
